Brian loves working with seasoned property investors. He now leads our Rental Guys team, ensuring high standards are consistently met and our team is thoroughly trained. Holding a degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of Central Florida, Brian possesses impressive knowledge in number crunching and he works tirelessly to make sure your rental property stays profitable. Before coming to Rental Guys, Brian headed the internet division of one of the largest water sports stores in the world. His knowledge of internet marketing gives you a definite edge, ensuring your home is seen by the largest audience of prospective renters possible.

Shelley Alterman
Director of Property Management
Shelley is going a million miles an hour always balancing spinning plates. Her ability to keep things moving and her advanced problem solving is a perfect fit for property management. After obtaining her bachelors in Public Relations at the University of South Florida, Shelley began working in the multi-family real estate industry. Here, she learned the skills needed for property management, from listening to renters concerns, to working with the maintenance staff and keeping up to date on Florida tenant-landlord laws. A leader in the property management industry, she has been on the board of the local and state NARPM and is one of only a handful of realtors with the RMP(Residential Management Professional) designation in the entire state of Florida .
As the founder of Rental Guys ,Shelley is the visionary for the company. As far as she's concerned, 4 stars is not good enough...she aims for excellence in all that she does.

Erin Morgan

Erin believes property ( yes, even rental property) deserves to be presented in the best possible light, with plenty of information to attract the best tenants. And the results speak for themselves, reduced vacancy time and strong rents, consistently.Erin has an impressive resume in the real estate industry. She was formerly the head of marketing for a local hedge fund with over two thousand local rental properties. She also worked with another firm that represented over 1800 doors! Her extensive background allows her to bring unbeatable expertise to her work for our clients. She has served on the board for the local NARPM chapter.

Elliott Greenberg

Coming from a background in real estate sales Elliott has the knowledge on what it takes to get your property rented. Properties that are prepared to rent rather than just thrown on the market tend to get better quality tenants, rent for higher dollar amounts and rent faster. Starting his property management career on the leasing side with one of the country’s largest real estate hedge funds he learned what tenants expect when renting a home. This is important knowledge to have when working with our owners/investors. Communication is a top priority with Elliott and keeping our owners in the loop as much or little as they want.

Ed Alterman
Maintenance Coordinator
Ed is extremely detail-oriented and works tirelessly to keep our homes looking their best. He previously worked in his family retail business where customer service was a key to their success. He also owns a promotional products company and the same skills he learned in this field cross over into real estate, such as attention to small details and keeping customers informed on the progress of their repairs. Ed handles the maintenance scheduling and makes sure the homes are kept in good repair. He works closely with the vendors to make sure the repairs are done correctly the first time.
